✅ When Can You Return a Product?

We accept return requests in the following cases:

1. Wrong Item Delivered
   • You received an item different from what you ordered.
2. Damaged During Transit
   • The product was physically damaged or tampered with at delivery.
3. Expired or Defective Product
   • The product is expired or not functioning as expected (if applicable).

❗ Important Return Conditions

• Notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, with original labels, tags, and packaging intact.
• You must present the original invoice for return processing.
• Partial product usage (e.g. half-used bottles, opened boxes) cannot be returned.
• Returns are only processed at our designated return center (office/store location).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance items marked as Final Sale
• Products requiring special storage (temperature-sensitive, perishable)
• Items that have been used, damaged post-delivery, or opened
• Injections, health monitoring devices, and support equipment
• Any product explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

🔁 Replacement & Refund Policy

• Replacement is subject to stock availability.
• If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund via the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds must be collected from our city office or coordinated via support.

💸 Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product return verification.
• Mode of refund depends on your original payment method.
• For COD, refunds may be issued via bank deposit or in-person cash collection.
